Barca still are trying to navigate how to register several of their existing players for next season because they are again over the leagueâs spending limit (5th season in a row?) yet Laporte is out there saying he wants to sign Williams and they have the money to do it.
Every time this prick comments publicly about someone elseâs player they should have 10 million knocked off their annual spending limit. And if he says while any of his players are still unregistered it should knock off 25 million.

Is that allowed? Could you name a player on the bench not having yet been registered in the Prem? Seems a bit pointless why theyâd do that if they knew he couldnât play.
