Yeah like the sound of Dirk.
Gone!
Thanks for this season Heitinga.
All the best to him.
An ex-Everton player, coming in to be part of the coaching staff in a transition, participating for one season while winning the league. And special mention to holding Jones back in the Boodison derby (as I’ve said before).
Pearce:
Analyst James French, who has worked for #LFC for 13 years, is joining Pep Guardiola’s revamped backroom staff at Manchester City.
Interesting. Maybe Pep is aiming for a bit of Jurgen’s heavy metal football, given Pep Ljinders seems to be headed there too.
On the other hand, Arne is moving our team more towards a controlled style, akin to Pep’s teams.
I don’t think this signals much of a transition in styles if any.
Bald Pep’s football at its best has always required a high intensity with an emphasis on winning it back quickly. His Barca side is one the best I have ever seen at it and so I think the gap in that regard between his football and what Klopp was known for isnt as big as often portrayed. We also moved away from what Jurgen had previously described as being like heavy metal football pretty quickly. Certainly by the time Pep rejoined us we were well into a phase of trying to control games with possession, even if sometimes it looked like we were trying to break back into more natural urges.
We took some of their members, they took some of ours.
Motivations can be different.
It’s just football, that’s it.
I hope our IT buffons enforce a password reset for all staff after removing those staff that hae decided to move on.
Huh?
Boffins?
Buffoons?
Italian goalkeepers?
Well I don’t think anyone would complain if we had one of them floating around
Hopefully better than Padelli.
Just.
Make sure.
to change.
the freaking.
PASSWORDS
This is brilliant, even if only for the glee Graham has at the idea of Richarlison going back to to Everton
Giovanni van Bronckhorst could be the new man I hear.
Fascinated by this. Have any of his coaching jobs been more successful than his spell at Rangers?
Thats a sincere question btw.
Loved him as a player though, so I’m excited to see what he can do.
