Liverpool FC - Pre-season

The midfielders gotta show who starts alongside mac and Dom

They also need to show they can start next month.

Most of them, apart from a few automatic names if they’re fit and fine, will have to.

Well they aren’t going play Man Utd in silly heat about 7 days into pre season.

Who will be the new lactate king now that Milner is gone?

I think Hendos going for it…

Bajcetic looks as if he has used his time off to beef up considerably in terms of muscles. Compared with the skinny boy of last season, the change is impressive. Ramsay too seems to have evolved in a positive way.

Other players (like Nunez for instance) look to have become leaner and dryer. A lot of unnecessary flesh has gone off it seems. Gomez too. :+1:

Probably still nursing that painful ear infection. I’m sure we’ll see him at some point in Feb.

Jürgen returning to preseason overweight.

Calvin Ramsay at the AXA today as he spends the first week of pre-season with #LFC before joining loan club Preston.

He’s still in the buildup phase of training, like Stefan Bajcetic. Working with the ball ahead of full recovery.

New haircut = “he’s leaner, meaner and fitter!”.

:joy:

But yeah, he must be really motivated to have a good summer. Knowing that he’s got an important season coming up. Needed in defence, midfield, likely being used more for England than before, etc.
