Yeah will be moved to Sunday, considering they move League 1 games on a whim I’m sure they can be moved.
They moved a whole load a week in advance so they could have fans in.

Is it true what I’m reading…that we have got to field the U23’s for the Arsenal game…seems to be a report on Talks port…but it does show a time earlier this morning…
The 1st leg has been postponed so will depend on when the various players recover and how much their fitness levels get effected

The away goals rule does not apply in League Cup semi-finals. If the aggregate scores are level at the end of stoppage time in the second leg the tie will be decided in extra time or, if necessary, with penalty kicks.
The VAR system will be in operation tonight. Yellow cards only count in the competition they are received. In the Carabao Cup, two yellow cards result in a one-match suspension. The cut-off point is the quarter-finals, so no player can miss the final through cumulative yellows.
Seven substitutes can be named and five used in the normal course of events, with up to six allowed if extra time is needed. Two concussion replacements are also permitted.

There’s an exception to every rule.
The League cup has been nothing more than fixture congestion for at least two decades.

Really? Other than the conflict with the Club World Cup I don’t think we’ve taken the competition very seriously that it’s caused us congestion challenges.

I meant more in general, for all clubs. It just doesn’t seem necessary.
Maybe if it was only for clubs which aren’t involved in European competition, it might be more interesting.
