It’s lowdown one of the best jobs anyone has done in europe over the past 10 years. Before he got there if they werent in Serie B they were expected to be a relegation fight to avoid falling into it. He’s stabilized them at the upper end of the league, earning european qualification multiple times, and playing attractive football the entire time. Imagine if Brighton stay top 6-7 at the worst for the next decade…that’s what he’s done there.
