Those are not our fans climbing fences. It’s local kids who don’t have tickets. Apparently large amounts of people showing up without tickets trying to overwhelm security. Has happened at music festivals numerous times in past few years

What this looks like is the organizers put extra controls in place to manage the liverpool fans due to our “reputation” and just didnt plan out how ineffective the logistics for getting us in was.
And now the fans are starting to freak out, concerned the game is going to start without them, and are taking matters into their own hands and we’re seeing pictures of this. And this will be the narrative…pictures of fans jumping the fence will be portrayed as a justification for taking extra protection in the first place and we will be blamed.

I blame England fans for this. The French police and stadium organizers are no doubt being over-zealous because of what happened at the Euros final last year.
