Overall we have been the better team. Could have been ahead through Mané. But we must take these chances. Real just showed how they can be dangerous.

VAR spending 5 minutes begging to find a reason to allow the goal. I though Benzema was offsides twice, the second time was so obvious I could have made it from 6,000km away.

It always has to be deliberately played at to stop opposition just firing it into a defender then been onside.
Shocking it takes 5 minutes to see Benzema off twice.

Mostly, we looked sharp. Courtois made a couple of nice saves. Just need to do the same in the second half, pump it up a little bit more.

Hardly a cracking game so far.

Overall defensively we have been solid, however going forward we need better quality and more movement when we have played the ball to our forwards on the edge of the area and moved off we have looked dangerous. Trentnand Mo need to improve their touch/passing
