His name is an anagram of Vinay M. Anal, which may or may not be @Alright_Now_Legend 's real name.

Defensive midfielder signed from Wolves this season, not much to say about him yet he’s barely kicked a ball for us.

So. He’s going to be playing the FA Cup match.
Come on Arne , make it happen.
Luca Furnell-Gill has left to sign for Tottenham. He’s an 18 year old CB who made headlines this time last year after being caught on camera punching and elbowing Man Utd’s Ethan Wheatley which got him a suspension by the FA.
Obviously he’s a young player, had just turned 17 when this occurred, but you got the sense that he never regained the trust of the coaching staff. He’s played just a handful of games for the U18s since then and was given 5 minutes in an EFL Trophy (U21) game but has otherwise not moved up.
In contrast Amara Nallo is the same age and is U21 captain, Carter Pinnington is 17 and has been a regular U21 starter while Louis Enahoro-Marcus and Lucas Pitt (neither of whom are realistic first team prospects) have been the preferred starters for the U18s. Then we have Lucas Clarke, 16, who just joined from Man City.
Because the media know absolutely nothing about these players you get the generic “Tottenham swoop for highly-rated Liverpool prospect” etc but in reality this is an 18 year old who needed a fresh start as he couldn’t get regular starts for the U18 team and showed no signs of getting minutes at U21 level.
Hope it works for him at Spurs!

Winger/striker, pretty quick, has shown some ability to play clever little through balls and some decent hold up play.
Played a lot of U18s last season as a 15 year old before he started his scholarship but wasn’t particularly outstanding only getting one goal all season.
Has five this time around but hasn’t pushed through to U21 football yet.
I don’t have high hopes currently, doesn’t seem a first team prospect to my eyes, but you never know.
Listening a little bit to Sunderland’s reaction/view on Danns. They say that during the medical, they found an underlying issue. He’s generally fit, but they hope he’ll be available in a few weeks.
Liverpool U19 vs Stuttgart in the Youth League, kicks off at 1pm UK time. Live on LFCtv.

U19s beaten on penalties by Stuttgart in Germany.
Liverpool were down 2-0 early but fought back through goals by Morrison and a great strike by Kone-Doherty. Eventless second half sent the game to penalties. Amara Nallo missed his and everyone else scored so Stuttgart went through 5-3.
One thing I’ve heard from coaches is that this being an U19 tournament, and U19 being a regular age group in Europe, puts English sides at a disadvantage because we end up with a mix of U18s and first year U21 players rather than a settled team that regularly play together like the European teams do. I wonder if in future the FA may consider moving that U18 group up to U19 and the U16 up to U17 so that we match everyone else. Would also cut out the big age gap between U18 and U21 football.
To me it makes more sense, especially as the top end of the game is being so elite and difficult to break in to, it gives players a little more time to develop before decisions are made.

BREXIT MEANS BREXIT
Weren’t so lucky then.
No doubt this will be of absolutely zero interest to anyone outside of myself but I have been creating a list of all current U21 players that I am aware of at every club who have a Category 1 or Category 2 academy.
The seasons covered are the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons and total currently 5822 lines of data.
Why did I do this? I don’t know. However keeping it updated has become something of an obsession and not particularly easy especially for the Cat 2 academies who do not always update everything on their end.
Anyway, if of interest have a look. I’m not sure if viewers are able to filter etc but you can probably download a copy of it and filter it that way if you wanted to know everyone at Liverpool etc.

Edit: I have not yet completed all the transfer information which is why there are some blanks spaces there. It’s time-consuming!
Joke’s on you, I’ve been waiting for this for so long,
