Manchester City* - 130 charges (and counting...) (Part 2)

I assume none that involve his bosses mind.

If those clubs, including our own, had had the fucking backbone to demand the authorities either find these cunts guilty or exonerate them by now then I might be more wound up by it.

Of course you know this hasn’t happened because you sit in or are privy to all the meetings regarding this.

The club rarely if ever votes for restrictive practices and the super league was one such occasion.

Maybe fire your ire at Villa, Newcastle and even Everton who have known to vote for less scrutiny.

Scrutiny isn’t the issue. The investigation into them was announced in 2018.
8 years and not a peep out of anyone.

Haven’t some clubs said stuff that’s been reported?

The clubs are the premier league. It is the association of the clubs who are prosecuting City, one of their own members. If there is a sure fire way to give City an advantage it is for someone from a club to go on the record saying something about the case City would then reasonably argue was prejudicial

Isn’t it high time the outcome of this farce was known?
Surely we all agree on this.
The clubs need to put down a deadline , so that these cheating cunts are found guilty.
Then we will have ten years of legal jousting until no one actually gives a fuck.

Who would they be putting the deadline to? It’s the PL clubs who have brought the case and are doing the investigation.

I fucking love these periodic meltdowns. I find them hilarious and will legitimately miss them when he finally fucks off.

@Noo_Noo is bang on (surprising given he’s Welsh)…

So fragile…about as robust as Lidl digestives.

Thought you’d like that.

I have a spreadsheet that covers that issue

You do realise that Liverpool is the capital of North Wales , don’t you ?

Uh oh…

They’ll be coming…

I mean a deadline for themselves.
Many organisations set deadlines for actions.

It’s on loan

I watched a piece with Stefan Borson and in simple cases their is a deadline set as per the rules of the Premier League, however, when it is a complex charge there are no deadlines.

What seems unusual is that the hearing concluded in December 2024

Below is from a Journalist Miguel Delaney.

“They’re also telling us that outside a small circle, no one has pretty much any idea when the three judges on the independent panel will even come to an outcome…But if it is an outcome unfavourable to City, there’s almost certain to be an appeal.

“I mean, this is all the more remarkable, of course, because the hearing, so I suppose you’d call it the third stage of this, at this point, nine-year investigation, this hearing concluded in December 2024.

“And it was expected to be announced in around February 2025. We’re now over a year on. No one is any the wiser. I understand there is some frustration at the top of the Premier League about this, but there’s not much they can do about it.”

i find this whole case laughable…

Firstly Man City have to contribute towards the EPL legal fees,

Man City obviously pay their legal fees from the clubs coffers do defend the club against the charges of financial cheating. reported be ÂŁ30M

to cover the cost of the legal fees, Man City will probably need to financially cheat a little more!

they are like, totes legit innocent, peps got 100% aura , your all just jelly cause City a ate it and left no crumbs

They havent twigged all this talk you do about waterboarding etc is a front…when they learn you are the Welsh Spec Ops commander of the Welsh navy of Llewelyn Glyndwr…wont they be surprised when they hear the Welsh accent saying…" Alllllright Butty…told ya"

A court, under referral from the Arbitration Act for any procedural unfairness or irregularity. So we can infer the PL/FA must be in agreement to what is going on. Which smacks it all the more into debacle. What am i saying the whole game is near ruined and farcical.

Its just too obvious the FA have done a dirty deal with the dirty dealers.
