Manchester City* - 130 charges (and counting...) (Part 2)

I definitely think they know something internally from the outward exodus.

Depends, we have to see the outcome, Pep and the rest leaving suggests theyve not fixed it that good, but of course they could well have. Just if its even only a transfer ban then Pepe would leave?

I think its a relegation, fine and transfer ban. Cant say whether Titles would be redistributed, but as it looks, Citeh are at risk of losing 4. It will be popcorn time soon enough.

Have they appointed Maresca yet?

Yes, contract to June 29.

Man City are apparently considering suing the Real Madrid presidential candidate who said they would sign Haaland and Rodri if elected - someone tell the authorities it’s time to get those charges through whilst the most expensively assembled team in Premier League history (City’s lawyers) are busy!

In all seriousness, I hope they do. I’d love someone to leave one on these cunts. They are the only club allowed to blatantly tap up players without any consequence.

This could totally fuck Man City if this is set as precidence.

To me, Man City could be paying a large number of clubs based on lost titles, missing C/L and European qualifications, League and FA Cups.

I’d be frustrated if the way that the authorities ‘handle’ all the charges against Man City sees them bump it to the individual clubs to litigate in order to get satisfaction.

Not saying that will happen, but the authorities so far have not managed to enact anything close to justice for Man City’s cheating.

I fear they will all but wash their hands of it and leave a tiny door ajar for individual clubs to litigate, assuming they have the will and accompanying deep pockets.

Hopefully they will base the number of 0s in the fine on the ‘AGÜEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!’ moment they didn’t deserve if found guilty of cheating

The price for Scott, Wharton, Fernandes and others just went up :eyes:

Marinakis won’t be bullied by City.

I read this and first thought “Yikes, that’s a short term deal!”

Show him pictures of Rodwell, Barkley, Dewsbury Hall… another for City/Chelsea to fuck up

This wouldn’t be their only punishment though. For this to happen they would need to be found guilty by the Premier League which would then open up individual clubs to sue them.
