City, for all the focus on FBs, lose their one RB, a 31 year old, and resort to playing a square peg in a round hole, even accounting for Pep’s crazy tactical tinkering. The knock on effect is then having to pick the incredibly disappointing Ake at CB. Add in the shitness of their bench and it does lead to questions over how well they’ve spent their money (maybe churlish given their titles)

With the above said, I think they’ve gone Cancelo at Rb and Ake on the left.
City finding out what a nightmare it’s like playing against AM, I wonder if they already dreading the return match. Loving it. Half time, we cruising, and they stuttering. So far so good.
I would rather play any team rather than AM.
70% possession, 6 shots on goal, 0 on target. Sounds a bit frustrating, that.
