The Paradox of McTominay, who is OK at some things but not great at anything: He’s a six who can’t really defend; an eight who can’t really pass; a decent late-arriving runner into the box, but not good enough at the other attributes to be a 10; and got an OK strike on him but not enough pace or “back to goal” ability to be a striker. I guess he’s got decent fitness but hard to think he’d be there under Fergie?
