Understated brilliance. You might have to watch him a few times to see it because there is nothing flashy or eye catching, but once you see it you can go entire games without seeing make a bad decision. Kind of Luca Modric like

I see the problem…I went to the Sparta game to bring him back, but that Sparta game was in Anfield…
And bringing him from Anfield to Anfield just can’t work…

This is one of the more subtle ways in which referees decide the title. We don’t get 50:50 decisions, whereas Manchester City get decisions even when they’re 10:90.
