Milos Kerkez (LB) Bournemouth

Diaz’s dad doesn’t even compare to this dickhead.

Embarrassing podcast.

Diaz father was selling Diaz to Barca the day he arrived.

He’s a top bell end.

As for this I assume the deal is done but Bournemouth didn’t want to advertise they had 40m.

As I said Kerkez looks a bit thick.

I’m ok with Kerkez being so forthright. Liverpool. Liverpool. Liverpool. And no one else. And he has made that clear for a while now. Ok, his dad is a bit of a divvy, but that’s family for you!

Get it done. Get that lad in at left back. He brings the engine, and the width. Slot ball is forming before our eyes. Bring it on!

This is where I’m at. There’s seemingly no suggestion that Bournemouth have lost a cent on his transfer, so there’s no victim here. I’ll never say no to someone who is 110% excited to be at Liverpool.

It’s a victimless crime, like punching someone in the dark.

I’ve seen a few people on twitter saying the dad is a complete twat.
He doesn’t let his son get a word in and when he talks about transfers he says “we” like they both play.

Just hope his son isn’t a dickhead like him. This transfer has clearly been in the works for months as Milos has liked every LFC post from Jan but I’m surprised no one at either club has said keep your head down and mouth shut until the contract is signed. Its very disrespectful to Bournemouth.

It’s wasn’t even “we” (I don’t mind that) all the time, in one story negotiating with Wolfsburg he told Milos to get out of the room and told them that he is Milos Kerkez.

And there were worse things than that.

After the quotes I saw, I had to give it a listen late last night. Still shocked.

This guy will easily be the king of bellends.

Let’s just stop buying players from here.

Eh? From where?

Balkans, Eastern Europe in general.

Do you really think that? I for one wouldn’t have been against having Modric at LFC instead of Madrid, to be honest…

Half-joking.

But our record with them has been terrible so far.

Hopefully Kerkez turns out to be good.

Our current Hungarian is a good lad. Hopefully his influence will rub off.

Milos is more of a Serb anyway, speaks German with Szobo. Slowly learning Hungarian.

Poor lad, learning Hungarian (!), learning English, and now he’s got to learn Scouse!

I am very relieved that most employers don’t take your family members into consideration when deciding who to hire - I quite like having a job

Milos couldn’t choose his parents but hopefully with a bit of maturity and media training he will get a bit more savvy.

Whilst it’s nice to see his enthusiasm to join Liverpool it wouldn’t feel so great if he joined us and starting doing the same towards another side in a few years time and downloads el duo lingo

Kerkez & close family - “So proud to be joining Liverpool, as you can tell I can barely contain my excitement…we worship the ground Richard Hughes walks on, it was them and no one else”

Liverpool fans - “Yeah, we think your dad’s a cunt mate”

Lol… this did make me chuckle, but also I get the concerns. It’s not so much about what it means right now, but what it could mean for us down the line if his dad is a habitual gobshite.

That said, Kerkez does seem ridiculously excited to be joining us, and that makes me happy.

Kerkez is a young man in the game still and perhaps over time his father will take more of a back seat as Milos looks to take more control of his career…each player needs a different level of guidance/support and this could just be his way of being overprotective. It’s 1 podcast, independent and away from any professional environment, that’s spoken in their native language so I’m not sure exactly how much we can take away from that.

Yeah, it’s one of the many things he said.

You can all be lucky that you didn’t watch or understand everything that was said.

:joy:
