No, thatās musculation, endurance sports demand something else hence my comments. Sports men can have both endurance and muscles of course but musculation is not a necessity. (of course they are more likely to have some musculation compared to me but thatās another story. 
)
Anyway I was just checking that I had the correct interpretation of the word shredded in this context.
