If we had nothing to play for I’d give him a long rest, then again there is about 5 or 6.
Do hope a fair few don’t end up going on international, our Brazilians are getting a break at least.

Once Louis Diaz gets up to speed, they’ll work better in tandem. Diaz the ball carrier, and Salah postioned furthest forward on the right.
Teams will then have the two wings to worry about (Darwin is too raw at present to carry the constant threat that Diaz can do).
Salah has good numbers but he goes missing far too often.
There’s a case to be made for keeping him, there’s a case to be made for selling him if a big offer comes in. Had we that happened last season, we could be in a better position this season.
Saka and Raphinha were two players that were proposed as replacements for Salah last summer, two players that most would have turned their nose up at. One is currently sitting top of the PL and the other top of La Liga. Neither are better than Salah, but there was always a good argument for replacing him if the right offer came in.
As it stands, we’re ‘stuck’ with him. That’s fine, but we need to start accomodating for his weaknesses. We need other players who can carry the ball, we need other players who can be an ‘out’ ball. Salah needs more of a poacher type role, he can’t be expected to do as much dirty work as we want him to do.
Simply put, he needs to play in a better team to shine. When the going gets tough, we don’t see him too much. He needs the other 10 players to help us dominate the game.
Back to some horrible passing tonight. Rudiger must love playing against him, probably learned all his tricks while they were together at Roma.
Salah put Rudiger on his ass, Darwin should have scored.
The whole team couldn’t pass. Still, he was more up for it than most of his teammates.
Mo has a 6-pack, his dad a keg …
A keg pack?
…and MO’s old trainers on as well :0)
A goal and an assist tonight from Mo in Egypt’s 2-0 home win against Malawi.
He has now scored 50 goals for Egpyt and question remains if he catches Hassan who is Egypt’s best ever goalscorer on 68.
Another goal and assist today.
Think the guy may’ve uploaded the wrong clip?
The tee up was nice but when did a keeper fuck up equate to being a world class goal…
Shit. Has the stats but overall not a good footballer. Cost us today. Hope he goes this summer for the rebuild in
Love those run ups towards the ball, starting central, but going a bit right and left as he goes towards it. It’s how they teach kids all over the world. Lovely touches after the missed penalty, apart from that pass for Nunez. Mentally he’s a monster, but I don’t like it when he loses focus after a miss like that.
Still our best goal scorer even when not quite with it. But for the penalties, he needs to discard that skip to the right he does and go back to the drawing board.
Think he’ll get one more chance with our next penalty (unless Milner is on the pitch).
Don’t mean this in a disrespectful way but 10 hours without water or food could really be an explanation for what happened today.
Does anyone actually know his conversation rate at Liverpool? The ratio of missed goals to actual goals must be over 2:1.
That said without him we probably wouldn’t ever look like scoring just a shame that 90% of our chances fall to either him or Nunez who’ve been pretty awful in front of goal.
I preferred when he smashed them down the middle.
