Does nobody think its a bit weird that Brighton only wanted 100m for caicedo & Southampton wanted 50m for Lavia & both us & chelsea are in bidding wars way above the asking price?Its a total dick swinging competition between american owners where our owners are trying to prove they wont be bullied by chelsea. Chelsea want Lavia AND Caicedo yet no matching bid for Caicedo?If they are struggling to match our bid then why is it being reported they will sign both?Chelsea need investigated its crooked business. Whole thing has been fishy since we were lead to believe we had Caicedo in the bag. Its tit for tat bidding thats probably messing with these players heads
At the moment these are the facts:
- LFC have had a bid accepted by Brighton.
- Caicedo hasn’t signed for LFC or the Chavs yet.
There’s nothing embarrassing about this. As MH has said, the £111 million quid is not sitting in Brighton’s bank. There is nothing stopping us working on other deals while we wait and see the outcome of this one.

But would you want Caicedo now?If he dont want to play for us its 111m for half the player. Half the player is in the players head & without the passion or determination & love of the badge hed be pretty average
