We need to ask this player if he was 100% committed to us?
Given heās done all the things I mentioned above such as clearing out his locker room waiting on Chelsea all summer or back in Jan when he said his goodbyes to Brighton and thought heād be in an Arsenal shirt the day after?

Weāve left it too late to be in touch with Caicedo as opposed to Chelsea who were in touch with him since May.
Weāve forced Chelsea to better our bid and also present improved terms. All for a player who will no doubt be looking for a move to Spain 2 years from now.
