So, why prioritise Lavia over Caicedo? Spending money that could potentially be used for Caicedo seems stupid. If they gave up on Lavia to sign Adams and Caicedo it would make more sense!

But I am not sure why they had to finalize the Lavia deal first. May be they couldnt firm up the funds for Caicedo. Not sure. Just guessing. Or itā€™s like we have to act fast before LFC could sign Lavia as Caicedo will join us anyway.

people keep presuming caicedo wants to join chelsea because they will give him more money or to live in london. heā€™s 21, they have won more trophies than we have in his lifetime. maybe he thinks they are the bigger club.
