Cannot be done any more. Length of contract doesnt factor into amortisation. Transfers must amortised over a period of 5 years. Came into effect July 1st.
The reason theyve done all the ground work with the player and none with Brighton is that they are struggling to balance their ffp. They were hoping weād pull out and they could sign him for less. They want us to pull out they can sign him for less, and risk a lesser pu ishment over FFP violations. Personally i hope we dont pull out so they get propwrly screwed.

If they didnāt have issues it would have taken 48 hours to format the bid.
