The faster replay clearly showed that Osimhen inadvertently stepped under Virgil’s stride. Slow mo made it look worse.

I’d actually love us just to tell the wing backs to tuck in, midfield drop deeper and try and give Diaz and Salah some space to play in. Try and be a bit pragmatic. Whatever the plan was in pre-season to change the shape of the side clearly isn’t working the way they planned.
If Mo can get a brace in the next half hour we could be back in this.

According to Klopp everything is fine. Which is the worrying part.
You have to put your foot on the floor, no intent, it is just a coming together. With freekicks being given for that kind of contact we would never have the ball in play
