Very good point but surely Red Bird will have been told about the plans. Would seem seriously misleading not to have told them.
Only thing I can think is the Red Bird investment wasnāt just into us but the wider group that owns multiple businesses that have been hit. The cash from the SL would have gone into the football club alone securing them a long term revenue on the football side whilst the red bird invest helps alleviate losses elsewhere.
You know they didnāt do this willingly. Henry had to be gritting his teeth authorizing that statement.
