The fact that these ‘criminal gangs’ had so much of resources and time to carry out such a crime is very scary.
It would even be more ridiculous is nobody is charged. No ways you can get such large vehicles to do work over a period of time, and then not get license plates or some other evidence. Not in this day and age.

If democrats had the documents (which they did), anything that destroyed a republican would have been released, and now the republicans have them, anything that would destroy a democrat would be released.
I would be beyond shocked if any charges came from any document dump. Clinton and Trump stuff is old news.
