Sort of a weird comment, given that the headline is about the United Nations rebuking them. That is about as much as any state can be held to account in the international framework, and how many other nation states are committing worse atrocities without a word from the UN?

What? Criticism of the actions of the Israeli government isn’t out of bounds, see the IHRA.

Manifestations might include the targeting of the state of Israel, conceived as a Jewish collectivity. However, criticism of Israel similar to that leveled against any other country cannot be regarded as antisemitic.
So who is to hold them to account, and what would that actually mean?
The only country who can actually hold them to account: the US. Israel couldn’t exist without their support.
And that’s what I meant when I wrote that the UN is an empty shell. This rebuke will be followed by nothing but hot air. It won’t stop the Israeli government at all.
