They really should block comments on these. The police have a job to do, many people will be concerned about friends and family. The last thing they need is the usual shit stirrers spreading bile.

Speed wasnât high enough for the driver to have had murder on his mind (I think). I sincerely think it is an accident. If he wanted, he could have clamped down fully the accelerator in the beginning, but the car only bounced forward as if someone had a fit (or mistakenly pressed it down and then panicked). Sometimes human beings press the incorrect âbuttonsâ if they panick after having fucked up the first time. Like an instincual thing that you are unable to control in the moment. During a long life, many will experience such a situation, but usually not with such dreadful conseqeunces.
Certainly does not look like terror attacks we have seen from other countries.

Seen a close up video before he started hitting people. He was driving in a threatening way of speeding up to get people out of his way before he did start ramming people. People were also opening his door before he rammed people.

Not that it should make a difference but it appears the individual is a 53 year old white male of British descent. So hopefully we donât have to talk about this anymore.
I agree with the comments above. If he was really being malicious, he would have accelerated and not stopped.

Putting aside the motive, I hope the injured recover quickly. I hope whatever led to this incident gets thoroughly investigated (not holding my breath). Not just the motive and/or mental state of the driver, but also whether the police made any errors that allowed this driver onto a road full of people.
This stuff should never happen. Sometimes you have idiots whoâve had a few too many, or frustrated drivers who try to get around roadblocks to get to where theyâre going. But usually, the police mark them fairly quickly because theyâre managing the foot traffic.
