I’ve been saying we haven’t really had any dramatic finishes since Klopp left. I’m glad Nunez was listening.

Clearly Darwin is a fox in the box…leave him there. 1000 goals a season.

He don’t need to be shooting from 75 yards

Was kind of what I’ve been hoping we’d get out of him this year - oozes class, involved in both goals taking advantage of a little more space in a cameo at the end of the game

But yeah - don’t see the work rate to suggest he’s anywhere challenging to start games.

So, so happy for the win and Nunez. We really shouldn’t have made this hard though. 30+ attempts and nothing to show for must be a record.

Kept a clean sheet, got Nunez back, Elliott and the subs in general making a difference… I would have liked to have finished this match as a contest by 30 minutes but the way this played out was a huge confidence boost for us and a swift kick in the balls for Arsenal.

The second was on Chiesa too. Managed to keep himself onside quite nicely, managed to keep his balance to feed in Elliott who went on to assist Nunez.

Yeah, both were good plays, but the second was just down to good decision-making - made it look quite simple.

Chiesa just seems that he’s got that extra time on the ball. He might look slow but he really isn’t.

There have been several games where we have had 30+ shots but not won, with the Atletico Madrid Champions League tie in 2020 being the most obvious one.

Shades of the Sandcastle game

Great to see Harvey with the assist. Slot with some boss subs last 2 matches.

Fair play to Trent. Good work by him.
