Also…first.
They really are not.
The team I watched us play today are nowhere near equipped. Good side, but no.
Oh fucking stop it. Take away the name of the team and a point away against the team in second is not a bad result. We were by far the better team over the 90 minutes.
And we should have had a penalty.
Given the circumstances, and also the other results tonight, it’s a good point.
Towards the end, we looked far better than Forest, so that’s something to take for the lads. The first half was terrible, but our lads got into the game more and more during the second half, and the draw is logical in the end, even if we could have won it towards the end. Their goalie made great saves to keep them level.
That non-given pen looks suspicious to me. I think it was one to be fair.
MoM: Jota, whom else? He should have come on earlier, just like Tsimikas.
No-one else looks capable at the moment. They are hard to break down and they’re working their tits off at the moment.
They will win plenty more games this year.
Performance wasn’t great first half but the point is ok as far as things go in the current state of play.
Probably should have won it once Jota was on, oddly even if it was 30 mins it was the best 30 minutes we played against them.
Still a bit worried Man Utd have fucked our season again.
Unlucky with finishing, 3pts were there for the taking but unfortunately Forest had all the luck at the end.
Hope there’s not too much negativity here. I thought we gave everything in that second half. Only for brilliant goalkeeping and bad luck we’d be coming away 1-4.
Forest tough to break down and our bogey team, but they aren’t title contenders. No chance.
Would take Murillo in a heartbeat though. Only 22!
They don’t have the legs for a title challenge. They’re playing above themselves, especially defensively.
No need to worry, as these things even themselves out over the course of the season.
The result is ok, but a team that wins titles…puts this team to bed.
How many of these results have we had now in the last 4-5 league games? All stems from our shocking starts.
60mins before we did a thing worthwhile. Our football is bland and boring until the other team tires and by default we take over.
It was two penalties, to be fair. Kavanagh had a choice which one to give it for.
3W4D. 13 from 21 points. Need to get back in winning form.
Forest set up as expected with a low block, concede the ball. First attack, goal. Well taken by Woods. Ref was a bellend as usual.
Second half changed after the subs. Only one team in it from then on.
I feel Slot could’ve used all 5 subs. Forest were on fumes in those last 10 minutes. ANohter day, those saves/blocks would’ve deflected in.
First half was groundhog day with the reverse fixture.
And their keeper had a blinder, to be fair.
Don’t disagree, but they’re committed.
With everyone else around them stuttering, they’re a good shout to keep nipping at our heels.
(But that’s it…)
He’s played worse in games, but ended up with a goal or assist and was close to scoring again today
I don’t understand why he doesn’t use the squad. That is a bit worrying to be honest.
On the one hand, I get that, but on the other, we beat them 3-0 at their place, didn’t lose, and don’t play them again in the League. If that result alone causes us to fall off, then our team is not good enough mentally (and I don’t think that’s the case).
In hindsight, we drew two games at the beginning of December back to back as well, so these issues are not exactly new. This is where Arne – who has a lot of credit in the bank – needs to make his money.
Low block, protection in front of him, instructed not to pass out (rather hoof into space. NIght and day requirements for us at CB.
So we’d need to see how he performs.
I do wonder if he is our Mubbsey
