Probably Cologne.

Not the first or hopefully last to say it, but the way Ekitike moves and coolness in front of goal and how he manages to pull ahead of defenders reminds me so much of Torres. They even have similar body types.

Lewis Steele wanted attention.

Curtis is adorable… chill, dude, and work on being consistent…

It’s always a great atmosphere in Frankfurt.
Maybe a little bit more because of it has been Liverpool yesterday.
Our fans had no chance against the home fans. I couldn’t hear anything from the other end of the park. On the pitch it was thank god the other way round.
It’s a strange feeling as a Liverpool fan to be surrounded by thousends of committed Eintracht fans. I feeled something like “under cover”.
I hadn’t much obstructions despite a big flag was waved in front of me.
All in all it was a fantastic experience. I enjoyed it a lot, but I will never ever do it again.

Curiously, I did hear our fans at one point on the TV coverage, which surprised me vs a Bundesliga crowd. I suspect that some shenanigans with the sound mixing desk was going on.

With the whole ‘MO should have passed to Wirtz’ thing, we were already bettering them and 9/10 times Mo scores and nobody says a word. Had it cost us the game then it matters, but in this case Mo had a point to prove after coming on, which is totally understandable. He’s a total legend of this club and he is just having a bad run (along with most of the team this season by the way). You’ll never walk alone Mo!!

Yes, but all things considered, I think Wirtz could probably do with a goal a bit more?

For me it would be more classy and mature if he had squared it for a certain goal, the team comes before the individual.

Just my take on it and he woud have got even more respect from me than he already has.

He had a millisecond to make that decision. Does anyone really think he was weighing up the long and short term benefits of passing or shooting, for himself, his teammates or the club in general?
His instinct, which has filled his every fibre since he first ever kicked a ball, was to go for goal. That instinct has got him to the superstar status he has today.

Boris Becker and his son were in Frankfurt on Wednesday night

He was at the Liverpool game in Frankfurt last night

Boris Becker Is always very complimentary to The Reds and who could ever forget his brilliant gesture toward the Hillsborough disaster back in 1989 as put forward by this shows writer Nicky Allt…

NA: “On winning the final of the Wirral Int.Tournament in 1989 Boris Becker donated his prize money of £25,000 to the Hillsborough Disaster Fund. Though he was reluctant to speak about it, many people in Liverpool were overwhelmed by the generous donation.”
