Enjoyable watch. Strong reaction to going 1-0 down as we took complete control.

Szoboszlai was outstanding and my MOTM.

Good performance. It was much needed and we finally got one. They were really poor, but so have been us. So this was a welcome change.

Liked the changes Slot made. Macca Salah Kerkez all needed to be dropped and Jones Ekitike Robbo Wirtz deserved to start. Hopefully this is the template we’ll follow. Bradley was good and am hoping Kerkez learns from these games.

I hope we don’t go back to being shit this weekend or this turns out to be one off performance. But that’s for later. Onwards and upwards for now :slightly_smiling_face:

Especially with the fans singing his song

Szobo is getting better and better, really thought there was good link up play between him, Curtis and Flo

I was beginning to forget what it felt like to win. Feared the worst when they scored, but after that we clicked. Lucky for us that they were very poor.
Shout out to their fans though. Great support :+1:t4:

Nice bit of respite from the league. Need to improve against Brentford, same issues reared their head first half.

Dom MOTM by a mile. We haven’t seen that range of passing from deep this season, nice of him to get more of the ball tonight. Wirtz very good too.

Hopefully we’ll build on that.

A much better performance. Yes they weren’t great but nethier were Gala or Man Utd

The link up was closer and this was without a midfield that had Maca or Grav.

Kinda had hoped we would be able to show the massive gap in quality on the pitch. Definitely did that tonight, all good.

A nice relaxing game to watch from about the 20th min onwards. Szobo stood out again. Ibou and Virg both good even if largely untroubled, Jones tidy.

Once we got the equaliser, it turned out to be one of the easiest games we’ve played in a long while. Frankfurt were so poor and pretty much gave up 2nd half.

Back to business again in the league and I think we’ll need to be as good, if not better to get the win at Brentford.

Some big decisions for Arne to make.

Nice to enjoy watching a match and not feel tense and angry. Szobo was brilliant as per. I thought Jones, Wirtz and Ekitike were also excellent. Some lovely link up play.

Not impressed with Salah’s little cameo. I guess that selfish streak has made him the legend that he is though

It definitely helped to be without the former
