Going use my three for the second straight league game, rarely done this before.
Anyhow Mane was boss and unlucky not to get a couple, Alisson was a boss save but also was quick off his line to deny a similar attack and could do nothing for the goal.
And I thought Fabinho was excellent to be honest, gutted to hear about Thiago, any news on Jordan as it would be nice to have one of them in midfield.

Keane caught with his pants down.
First: Sadio. The guy gets a yellow in the third minute of the match and is still the most vibrant guy on the pitch.
Second: Virg. Diagonal balls. Porn.
Third: Gini. Just because.
A totally deserved win. Jota calmed down my nerves.
Until he scored I feared we would concede another goal.
All in all a convincing performance, although I expect us to get sharper in the coming weeks. I can see space for improvement, despite the win against Arsenal.

Even with Hendo and Thiago out we fielded three top class midfielders in Gini, Keita and Fabinho. And behind them we have Curtis, Ox, Milner and Grujic. Silly depth really.

I could give you 3 different names and we’d both be right. That’s why this team is so good right now.
Arteta’s comments after the game were along that line. He made the comment about trying to press us only for Virgil to play a 60 yard ball to Salah and they’re out and then shurugged and laughed as if to say “WTF are you supposed to do with that?”

Gave MotM to Mané but the long passes from VvD where exception tonight too.
Before the season people were asking if Liverpool are hungry enough, well we beat Leeds, who since then won their next 2 matches and we totally dominated Chelsea who is this year’s pundits darlings and Arsenal who could be a top 4 team this year.
Guess that answers the hungry question.

This is really hardest game to choose MotM indeed. Alisson Fab and Gomez all were back to their best. Naby and Mane lively, Salah buzzing as he is this season, Robbo redeemed himself after that blunder with a goal and immense performance thereafter. Gini with the dirty work. Just complete team performance that.

Before this game I thought lucky Arse are back but we put them back in their box very soon they will be clamouring for Wenger to come back because watching the kind of tactics Arsetita employs shows that they are inferior to us in every department. Very happy to get 9 points like last year is very encouraging and when we get our supporters back other teams had better watch out YNWA

Wow… What a performance!! Way to go… Our forward line looked scary to play against. Mane and Salah were so sharp and kept pressing and chasing balls till the end…

I heard it on Peacock through Comcast. Good interview as he was pissed the stupid commentator said Liverpool played Sloppy. Klopp gave him a piece of his mind about that! So he should have, no sloppiness I saw, but I’m prejudiced as I’m a rabid damm LFC fan! Sweet game, Sweet win!
