Which season was it when we played our best 11 week in week out and ran out of steam in both the league and culminating in a poor champions league final?
We do need to make changes, however, we possibly made too many but we still had a team out there that should have done the business. Maybe Atalanta setup different to how we expected and then our players, apart from Mac & Gakpo didnât step up.
BTW Virg is an immense player but he could at times do with someone like Carra, bollocking him now and again, because sometimes he is too laid back

That performance is on the players and itâs on Klopp, not the fans, who I thought made plenty of noise even when we were down 2-0.

It would be a shame if that was the last Klopp European home game. We can still win the tie, but it would need one hell of a comeback. Weâve seen it before.

Iâm reasonably confident that in the return leg weâll score one early, get the second around the 30min mark, and draw level on aggregate by 60mins.
Weâll then park the bus and play for pens.
