Feel pretty mellow about the Chelsea game. Hoped but didnāt expect for much better. An important step forward in fixing some of the problems and getting a functioning midfield. Hopefully Klopp shakes up the forward line as well now, I donāt think Salah and Gakpo have performed well enough to start against Brighton, time to give others a chance.

Problem is what is there.
Doak possibly? Carvalho? See how they work with Nunez back there did seem some promising bits of link play with Gakpo and Nunez.
Iād go for Elliot, Nunez, Carvalho myself. Would mean Nunez being a bit isolated, but I have no doubt heāll get chances. Doak and Jones are worth a go as well. Obviously Iām not saying these guys are better than Salah, but he needs some time on the bench to reset. Iām in a frame of mind where its not important to win games right now, just try and find some form.

There are a few who need an extended rest, there are others who I just think are gone and need looking at.

Will other police forces take hate crime seriously? I saw that there was a kick off in a pub near Anfield as well. The clip I saw seemed to involve a bunch of scallies, none of whom were wearing football colours. Are we heading back to having these knobheads ruining everything again?
