watched the match with my brother in law - a Manc and Man Utd fan! He’s a good lad though, he also supports Liverpool!!! Honest! He enjoyed our win too!!!

Made up, as they say on Merseyside. Yet another final grindfest, but most importantly, we came out on top again. I sincerely hope that the CL final goes much more straight-forwardly; our players’ batteries are not atomically-powered, as some would have us believe.
This season, we’ve struggled to put away direct rivals and sadly that reality has cost us the Premiership title. Probably. We will have to address thisnext season but for now, get in!

I don’t call, Brentford, Brighton, Leicester or West Ham direct rivals, maybe not even Spurs. I think that’s 15 points we left on the table against those sides…more than enough to win us the league without needing to beat City or Chelsea.
Meanwhile, I’m happy that this great squad are walking away from this season with the FA Cup and League cup as a minimum. Had it just been the league cup, a second place finish, and runners up in the CL, it would have felt worse than Chelsea’s 3rd place…

An amazing day at the Pub. Really packed, and many people who had ventured in, as this is an LFC official club site. One fellow was an expat from Liverpool. Had a grand time.
Looking forward to a repeat in two weeks.

I tried to stay awake. Unfortuneately I felt really hungry and succombed to a sandwich and crisps an hour before lick off. I woke up at 10 in the evening to catch the result.
Another penalty shoot out, we really do need to find the solution to scoreing in these matches. 
Must be so frustrating for poor old plastics.
