I would say VAR 100% should have looked at it if they didn’t and maybe the ref should have been called to look at it.

I though Adrian had control (more than Schmeichel against us last year anyway) on first viewing, but the more they showed the replay the less sure of that I was so it may well have been the right call in the end.

On the balance I’d say handball call for our penalty was clearer and more obvious than the var allowing their goal. Can’t be too upset on the balance of those calls.

The yep great point with the Schmeichel one, if you have one hand on the ball even on top of the ball the goalie is deemed to be in possession and for me Adrian had 2 hands on the ball then Foden played the ball!
