So basically at no point did Man C look like they were gonna score…

Couldn’t watch the game as it was past my bedtime, but what great news to be greeted with in the morning!

Of course, we’re still playing the easy teams. Only when we get serious opposition will we be taken seriously. Checks fixture list … nah, we don’t play any of the top four until May.

I know we are having a laugh with this, but beyond an away game at Emirates or Etihad (when City aren’t shit), SJP is next on the most challenging list IMO.

Regardless, we have done so, so well in this difficult fixture period.

Orrrrr it could’ve been this….

Really should have been 5 or 6 to us. Anyway this is nitpicking. Our boys were all over them. Best news is no new injury.
Well done Slot and the boys!

The 0.82 seems high. Probably an error.

He’s not worth 3 points mate.

I don’t think so, isn’t it 7 by now? I vaguely recall it being 5 losses in a row last weekend, so Feyernoord must have been the 6th in any such sequence…

Wasn’t that offside the one you knew he would miss.

He’s actually facing his favourite team on Wednesday.

I’m guessing it was mainly Virg’s screw up at the end which Kelleher saved.

The place will erupt if Gomez scores

That would top be the icing on the top for Joe to score

To be honest I was thinking for most of the game that our other forwards were doing their best to try to emulate him. Salah even got caught offside a couple of times, and silly offsides at that.

Apart from that though I thought he was fine until he did that offside one, couldn’t even get it past Ortega even though he was offside…

His overall passion was fine, I absolutely loved it. I wasn’t too excited regardless as it looked offside.

Honestly, he could destroy Newcastle, score 5 against them, assist another 3, do that again and I’d still be shaking my head and laughing. It would probably still be the only thing that people would remember from that game… At some point the impressions just reinforce themselves.
