Losing 3-0 at Anfield against a bottom half team is totally unacceptable.
Tactically, we are all over the place. Be it in attack, midfield and defence.
Our attacking phases are horrible, with practically no meaningful end product.
Our midfield has no bite.
Defensively, we are shambolic.
All in all, need we have very serious issues and big decisions or changes ahead.
So - Slot out? y/n

Disclaimer
Unless Klopp is available, there is no point in changing. I think he is the only one who can lift this gloom
Familiar pattern: start quite well, fail to make the most of set pieces, give away a cheap goal, lose our heads, throw on subs with no coherent plan or idea about how to get back into it, lose.
Against City, it was disappointing; against relegation-battling Forest, it is unforgivable. Probably the worst result of the Slot era.
I’m pretty patient and understand we are building a new side. But the style of play is non-existent atm — just hit to the wingers and hope. If Slot doesn’t start putting some results and strong performances together, I think he’s gone by Christmas.
Never once when we had bad spells with Jürgen did we feel like this because we knew he would pull it all back together and get us motivated
Can you recover from a “transition season” from the Championship ?

Only West Ham, Burnley and Wolves have conceeded more PL goals than us
That’s optimistic
At some point you have to look at the manger. With this collection of players, these kind of collective performances should not happen. Unacceptable.
Get the feeling the players are not listening to AS at the moment. Could be they are distracted by other stuff, could be they are losing faith in his abilities as a coach. He could be the best tactician in the world for all we know, but if he can’t relay that fact to the players to implement them… then we are fucked…
Don’t see any point in making huge decisions this season unless we start standing on top of the dreaded relegation trap door… Still plenty of time to salvage our form for the rest of the season, but it really is painful to see our team so disjointed.
I need a cry emoji
@Mascot I humbly concede to you.
We looked decent ish until their first goal.
We then became cautious and created few high quality chances. They were comfortable sitting in their box.
And she. We lose it high up the pitch we can no longer win it back easily
We switch off too readily in too many moments, both attacking and defending.
Wonder if Arne will find it funny to keep banging on about Forest before every game now? Hmm.
It’s all a bit of a perfect storm, really.
Fucking off to Ibiza last year, massive player turnover, Jots, key players having absolute stinkers, certain legs getting just that little bit older…
O wells…
The beauty of sport is there is always another chance, and you can never win 'em all.
And the funniest thing is that Calvin Ramsey ,a natural RB is on the bench and didn’t come on at all lol…
Most encouraging was we didn’t lose 0-5. Should have lost 0-4 but the officials decided otherwise.
Slot has lost the plot, no?
Something needs to change surely.
It’s both tactical and selection. The pieces don’t fit. Out of form players being played regularly.
And that’s the difference between Jurgen Klopp and also-rans. It’s not that he wouldn’t make mistakes or that he wouldn’t have bad spells; it’s that he was able to overcome difficulties, fix mistakes and have a team willing to give everything for him. Slot on the other hand, looks like he’s out of his depth. A good coach no doubt, but those are a dime a dozen. He doesn’t look like he has the gravitas or the ability to turn this around.
But he isn’t the only one responsible. The players need a rocket up their ass. Enough is enough. They get bullied on every game. They’ve become the softest team in the league. They are finding ways to lose games. They are playing with no pride, no passion. Not a single point won after conceding first, just fuck off the whole lot of you.
Champions my ass.
