Isn’t Carlo available? Our situation is similar to Real in that we have a bunch of stars who can’t play together. Not saying he’s the answer, but…
Well, what happened then Arne

It takes a long time to create a winning team a dominant team with an air of invincibility. But when you achieve that you expect to win and your opponents expect to lose. That gives you a real edge, an advantage that gets bigger with every win. Its a virtuous circle, your team become winners. They are remorseles serial winners. Mentality monsters, psychological giants. We achieved that last year and we won the Premiership
Then we threw it all away. We went on holiday for the last month of the season with the approval of the manager. Losing became acceptable. Losing is habit forming. Now we can’t stop.
Before, when we were winners, if opponents had the audacity to score against us we were offended and responded with ferocity until they were defeated. Now if the opposition scores we crumble, confidence evaporates and we expect to lose.
The root of our current problem is the manager allowing the team to put in unacceptable performances after we clinched the Premiership with a month to spare. The manager sets the standard …which is we must always win every game. Once he accepts anything less the magic spell is broken and he has lost the team.
Hmmm.
Slot in!
Bar Xavi I think my Auntie would be a better idea
On balance of play I don’t know how we lost that 4-1. Baffling. After we equalised it looked like a matter of time before we scored again and won comfortably.
MacAllister is getting a free pass because of the Konate situation. The bloke is offering fuck all game after game. That’s on the manager though.
First boo’s I’ve heard at Anfield in 10 years I think. Slot has the West Ham, Sunderland and Leeds games to save his job. I don’t give a single fuck about Inter, I’m worried this bloke will have us in a relegation fight.
Absolutely spot-on.
**Arne Slot on if he had any conversations with the Liverpool hierarchy: **
“Yeah but not in the sense that they tell me every single minute ‘we support you’, ‘we support you’, ‘we support you’.
“We talk a lot. If we are winning, last season, and if we are losing. And then they are helpful to me, to the team. So yeah, we do have those conversations, but they don’t call me in every single minute of the day to tell me that they still trust me.
“We do have the normal conversations and in those conversations I feel the trust. But I haven’t spoken to them after this game yet, so let’s see!”
I can’t see him winning any of them sadly
The big worries are West Ham and Sunderland they will bully us Leeds are just as soft centered as us.
I guess when you have ‘no shit Sherlock’ journalists like this guy, well we must be a ‘busted flush’ then eh

Commentator on BBC Radio 5 Live at Anfield
When you look at Liverpool going forwards, their wide players were so, so predictable. Salah and Gakpo have one trick, in from the right on his left foot for Salah, in from the left on his right for Gakpo, and it was so, so easy to defend against. That was where the moves were breaking down.
Erm what to say, I cant sack Slot, because I already sacked him after Saturday.
Dont want to use that word ever but this could be the worst show…Ive ever seen from LFC. It’s an indictable collapse from being top of the game.
Continuity. We used to be a club that based its success in continuity and stability, it’s how we moved through 4 managers and dominated everything for nigh on 20yrs. Then of course we lost it. Then this German guy finds us a new way that suited us and the modern game. It brought success and we were feared. Yet some twat(s) have come in and changed all that, likely from reading a textbook. I think it’s all 3 of them, on a twatting busman’s FM holiday. And theyve ruined our club in the process. Its deplorable. Henry and Werner need to wake the fck up ASAP.
'The emotions are very negative and disappointing’published at 22:52 GMT

FT: Liverpool 1-4 PSV
Liverpool boss Arne Slot, speaking to TNT Sports: "The emotions are very negative and disappointing. The way we conceded the 1-0. I want to be positive about the reaction of the players when we went 1-0 down. We came back into the game and had chances to go 2-1 up. I don’t think anyone thought we would lose 4-1.
On Van Dijk’s complaints: "He got a little push. It unbalanced him and that’s why he raised his arm and made the handball.
"After half-time, we conceded 2-1 quite early. We still had some good chances to go 2-2. 10 or 15 minutes before the end, we conceded another goal. Hard to take.
"After we conceded the first one, we saw a reaction I want to see. The mentality I saw afterwards was what I was hoping it to be. Even after 2-1, we kept trying to make it 2-1. End result is 4-1 and that’s a big loss.
"I liked how we reacted in transition in the first half. It felt like Hugo [Ekitike] couldn’t move like he could in the first half and that’s why he couldn’t press as he did in the first half.
“The only way to go is to go through now. We need to face where we’re in and fight really hard. The feeling I have is that after 45 minutes, you don’t expect to be 1-1, you expect to be up. The reaction of the players is what you expect from a Liverpool player.”
Lead by example, young boss. quit talking and show us
I’m getting bored of this now…
This might be a minor gripe after another shitshow but what the fuck were Salah and Konate doing after PSV’s first goal? Both looking at the LKD stand and doing that fucking stupid gesture telling the crowd to make more noise.
It’s not the crowd that needs to lift it’s game you pair of gobshites, you’ve both stunk the fucking place out all season so fuck right off. The crowd were fine to that point and have shown great patience while putting up with garbage. Szoboslai started doing it after the 2nd but I’ll give him a pass because he’s been great but even so give it a fucking rest.
