From the perspective of the players on the pitch, he was really, really bad.
Gets dispossessed very often in games.
More and more, this season is reminding me of 09/10. Again and again presented with the opportunity to salvage the season, again and again the opportunity precipitates an insipid, insecure showing - like fucking clockwork.
I cannot remember when I was certain Rafa was gone by mutual consent, probably early April, but I think we are back there again.

We are seeing the same game being played over and over again. Incompetent in open play and extremely vulnerable at the back, which gets worse and worse thanks to the poor conditioning. Poor use of the squad, poor use of the subs. At this stage, you struggle to find something we’re good at.
Wednesday is looking very grim.

A very bad performance. Beyond the wastefulness in the final third, it was the attacking players’ attitude that irritated me. All were going for personal glory. No conviction or proper pass. It was all about he who scores gets the glory.
Tactically we were a mess. This was a very poor Spurs side. We made them look good. Gakpo should have been hooked early. Ekitike played like a nonchalence, as if it was a Fifa match. Robertson on the whole was horrendous. Wirtz was poor.
At the end of the day, it looks like this manager is not able to properly command and get the best out of his players. He should go along with Hughes.

It’s because he’s fucking goosed.
For all people drone on about Gakpo being Slot’s favourite, he has nothing on Mac Allister. The lad starts and plays 90 every bloody week, and this always happens. He gets tired after an hour, starts losing the ball, and gets bypass. A lot of the time he hasn’t even got the legs to take a fucking yellow.
