Chances are we won’t see Villarreal or Emery in Europe next season if their league position doesn’t improve greatly…
I for one think their fans deserve a tad more based on their efforts this season

Sorry as I didn’t finish the comment
My point is that even when things are great there are comments about how they could be greater.
There are a few of us who comment on referees etc, and it might annoy you…
But equally there are a few who moan in the in match threads and that annoys me.
So, I tend not to go there.
Meh referees and linesmen will get replaced by tech in the next few years.
That won’t stop the moaning

Villarreal are currently seventh and out of European spots. However, since Betis, who are currently fifth, have won the Spanish Cup I assume that will allow Villarreal get into Conference League next season.
