Never in doubt.

A disjointed first half, unsurprisingly given we made nine changes, but a very good second half performance.

Nice to see Chiesa get an hour and Jota back on the scoresheet. Special mention to Darwin, who worked hard all game and set up a good chance that Gakpo should have scored in about the 85th minute.

Good result, played well.

Good to see Bradley, Curtis and Federico get minutes.

MOTM - Kostas’ diving header.

Gakpo is a top, top player. Wow!

Difference is we finished our chances and finished one for them and they couldn’t.

Made it comfortable in the end and for the most part it was as they were most dangerous at 3-1 not before.

Anyhow said last week about how the managers only tactic is whining on the touchline.

He nailed that, none of the pen shouts were pen shouts and all our goals looked onside.

Enjoyed that. Squad depth so good currently, especially up front.

Love Cody. Tall, strong, skilful, works hard, scores goals, seems a nice guy. He’s got it all, and he’s not even first choice!

All six forwards in form at the moment. One of them good problems I suppose.

Like last year, until Feb onwards, when none of them could score

It’s happened again West Ham

Enjoy your ride back to London Lopetegui, you dosser.

Now bring on this draw.

This post Klopp era has started better and been a lot more fun than most were probably expecting.

Really good to see contributions coming from so many players, even when their chances have been more limited than others.

Only slight worry is the conceding first habit is creeping back in. The Bournemouth one was offside in the end but a couple inches different and it’d have been 1-0 down three games in a row with two of those coming in the first five minutes.

Tighten that up and keep most of them fit and we could do some serious damage this season.

Anyone know why Nyoni wasn’t involved despite not playing for the U21s last night?

Strongest squad we’ve had at Liverpool for a long time. Cruised through with almost a full reserve team. Thought five goals flattered us a little bit but I’ll take that every day of the week. Bring the Wolves on.

Love watching the whole squad get a chance and then showing up as it helps the whole team and keeps all players on their toes

Saying that we could have scored a few more some good saves from Fabianski, he had far more to do than kelleher
