Post match: Man City v Liverpool (FAC 4/4/26 12.45pm)

you were noticebly absent in sharing in our collective misery

Clocks went back so meant I would be up a stupid o’clock and I probably would have got the wrong time.

Really sad state we are in.

I now regret taking the pee out of manure and Spuds but we now have reached their kind of standards in a shorter time than them. I will go really mad if slot gives them a day off with their families like he normally does but the worse thing he is so soft I would have lost my rag with all of them at half time and I would add two more training session practising hard tackling.

So, Mark Guehi has been on the winning side against us, 5 times this season. Is that a record?

Our players should watch the match Southampton vs Arse they might get a lesson about fighting against the odds I know southampton will lose the game in the end but they are winning at halftime.

Luckily it’s recoverable in the same level of time. The problem both Spurs continue and Man Utd did was let it go on and on.

If you let it carry on you’ll be getting further away from it.

I think it is the opposite, we go out scared and respect the opposition too much, we are playing with the handbrake on, we should forget about defending as we are shit at it … oh, looks like we have forgotten about defending!

I don’t like what Szobo has done; and it’s not the first time he’s critiqued the supporters this year. While I know that he wants the supporters to back them, even he must understand that the ire from the supporters is warranted, and the lack of effort on display at times this season - including today - only magnifies that frustration.

If we had a manager capable of galvanizing the players and fans in good times and bad…we wouldn’t be here.

We’re so far away from Klopp directing the players to hold hands and acknowledge the Kop after a home draw to West Brom.

mikko dropped by a very small buli dude…wrong forum lol

Yeah only half decent comment was VVD trying to diffuse the situation a bit.

What exactly has Szobo said about the fans?

none of those dudes can say anything to the fans who made the trip and are rewarded by such a disrespectful performance

Oh my word saints scored another and are leading with 5 min to go.

No fucking chance he would do that if Klopp was the boss. There’s an arrogance that has crept in alongside a dropping of standards

Sarcastic Applause and gestures I believe. Until Chiesa came over and moved him away.

His legs have gone!

His movement is still as good but once he gets there, mostly it is painful and Mo can’t execute anymore.

The club should be creative, we should explore loaning out the manager. We do it all the time with players. That way we could reduce the cost of a severance.

We could even pretend it’s for his own good, help him develop. What’s the worst that could happen ? Ends up in a situation like Harvey Elliott?
