There just seemed to be that unofficial doubt about Alonso that I felt he wasn’t happening.
They were leading 2-0 I believe and in control and just let Leipzig back in and once the momentum was lost they didn’t manage to get it back.

They mirrored us in that title season but like taking it to point of being over the top so their late wins were just plain silly.
I love what he did there and wrestled away the dominance of that one club but their reliance on late goals has started to win me a fair bit and you have to at some point win boring which is their other side.
Anyhow I know this isn’t quite the place, I will say their comfortable stuff reminded me of the way we’ve looked in those first two games.
We let Man Utd have a bit more in the third but they were at home and we were a further goal ahead.
They did nothing mind.
