Never in doubt.

Three things:

  1. Alisson is the best goalkeeper in the world.
  2. Trent can defend.
  3. We are winning this tournament.

I knew it’d be an easy one.

A true smash and grab. We’ve been on the receiving end of these many times, especially in those Atletico games.

Well then…

What to say?

Second half defending was excellent. Alisson finally back to putting in a world class performance. Nunez showing composure. Elliott exposing Donnarumma.

What a win.

I absolutely love how Alisson always goes about the games not making it too much about itself or showing how he has been critical in making those saves. Neither he tries to make them look spectacular. Hence the likes of Martinez Raya and co always gets on my nerves.
