Played some good stuff. Deserved win.

Kelleher and Konate my pick of the bunch.

Great professional performance that. Had a few moments where we gave the ball away, but we largely controlled the game and created some nice chancea. Should have had a pen first half.

Kelleher was excellent tonight. Thought the midfield three and CBs were excellent too…calm on the ball.

9 points on the board.

Lets get ready for Arteta’s flying gooners.

Top of two leagues.

I worry for some of you lot…

How are youse gonna handle it when we’re winning the quad in May?

Some lovely play on the ball. Whole team looked solid. A few better final balls and we could have got two or three. Gulacsi was excellent for them, too.

My only gripe is Steve McManaman describing Leipzig, a city with a million people, as “deepest, darkest Germany”. Why is he like this?

3 wins from three is all that matters, no injuries and next the title pretenders.

Any Leipzig player impressed?

Jesus H…Stephen Warnock moans so much you’d think he was auditioning for a gig on TAN.

Boring game but 3 more points on the board and no injuries means job done.

Because he’s the product of an education system that doesn’t educate.

Not a great performance but did enough. Kelleher did very well.

Win more important than the performance.

I think Slot’s got the defense largely playing the way he wants. Some sloppy passes here and there remain but thats the way it is.

He needs to get some time for the attack to click. Hopefully minor improvements go on and on.

Encouraging signs.

Sorry Ryan, I can´t always vote for you. Our defense kept a clean sheet again and of course our amazing goalie, who really saved us tonight, deserve it a bit more.

and then there were 2…delighted that LFC is one of just two teams on maximum points after 3 rounds. Tip of the hat to Villa for being the other. Another tough one coming up for us.

I think it was @WeeJoe that said the more controlled Slot style should have us more relaxed than Klopp’s. Didn’t feel that way with this match, though I suspect when I watch it back I won’t quite understand how I felt the way I did at the time. A second goal would do wonders for blood pressure now and then.

Kelleher was busy tonight making 6 saves, I hope we don’t give the arsenal that many.
