I thought he made that final ball pass quite a few times - especially in the second half. There were at least a couple of instances where he played a pass into a forward behind the lines.

The funniest thing I’ve heard all season was Martin Tyler saying Martin Atkinson will be retiring at the end of the season but will be coaching referees as they come into the EPL. God help us.

Agree, he did, but he had other opportunities where he just delayed it but overall a good performance and a player in midfield that can maintain possession and go past players

Shout out to Kostas and Ibou…couldn’t ask for better options to come in.
Shout out to the 2 young lads in midfield, they probably expected a harder nights work but they totally dominated their experienced midfielders.
Other than stoppage time, it really was that easy.
