Never in doubt.

Eight points clear, despite the best efforts of the officials and our own dismal performance; in fact, that game was pretty much the definition of “winning while playing badly”.

Just wait until we really hit our stride.

It feels like Salah has got the winning goal or assist in almost every match this season. He’s irreplaceable, in the form of his life (from a G/A perspective anyway), and fit as a fucking fiddle. Almost superlative at this stage. We’ve had so many other forwards over the years but it’s Mo that delivers when we need it most

Will be FSG’s biggest failing if we don’t get him signed up for another 2-3 years

We were all over the place in the first half but improved after the break and deserved the points.

We’re fucking awesome.

Also, what the fuck was that first half. Robbo and Ibou were absolutely terrible and their midfield is better than ours.

Still, top of the league!!!

Scrappy game in difficult conditions. I thought Robertson’s challenge looked just outside the box. We had to fight hard for that.

Feel like that’s the first time in a while that we’ve been down in the second half and come back to win. Villa 2019 is the last one I can remember.

Just pay Mo…whatever he wants, i don’t care how much really.

He’s our game changer frankly, 32 and fitter/better than ever.

Robbo is having a really tough period, int he? Some very weird and sloppy defending as well.

But Mo has really rediscovered that vital ability to just turn a game on its head out of nowhere. Gravenberch excellent, too.

We’ll need to be much better v City, but the boys will know that.

Once again, our lads find a way to win the game despite of not hitting real heights and having to deal with difficult circumstances. Well done, really well done!!! :muscle: :+1:

MoM is of course Salah, who else?

Ref did his best….

…To get them a point

Oh, and give Mohamed Salah whatever he wants to sign that contract.

Buy him a pony. Name him poet laureate of the city. Give him a stand. Make Islam the official club religion. I don’t care.

the ref gang tried everything to keep it interesting and it took us a while to make it count, but that´s the Liverpool way tbf, never doing it the easy way.
