I do think the bias is more grounded against the City than the club itself?

I agree, and I agree with the term bias rather than conspiracy. But the decisions on the pitch and with VAR have been against the club, or moreso in favour of competing clubs. The narrative was set pre season when Arsenal were touted by SKY as contenders. When that failed it was Frank Lampards Chelsea (full name). The LiVARpool thing actually mitigates against us, as no official wants to be seen to “help” us.

I would say 99% of all handballs are not deliberate. The only deliberate handball I can remember is Luis Suarez playing goalie during the worldcup many years ago. A handball not being deliberate is a not the right answer IF that is given as justification from refs
