Last heard, he was in Catharsis but now making his way back in a slow bullockcart.

To be fair, when we lost to them last time it was down to weak-as-piss refereeing, especially in the away leg. Didn’t see much in the way of shithouse tackles etc, don’t know if anything went on off the ball.
If we get a ref who doesn’t buy everything they’re selling like that Polish dickhead did last time then we should be ok.

Was just going to say similar. We are substantially better than any side in La Liga.
The only reason they will trouble us is that they play an extreme brand of shithouse football, with playing acting, time wasting, diving, and ref baiting in spades.

At this stage and with our European experience we should be able to combat their brand of football.

still enjoying watching Salah’s goals against citeh and Watford, again and again and again and again. It’s the type of goals I dreamt of scoring when I was a kid. Alas, never did, but I am really happy to see Salah keep reminding me of my dreams as a kid
Really happy for Klopp, staff and team to produce this type of entertainment that is enjoyable for all.

One thing I noticed and honestly had some sympathies is for Danny Rose. I mean this guy struggled with depression and honestly, his body language after being beaten time and time by Salah is not just one of an ability one but it seems he does not even want to be there. Its like he almost he does not care. Don’t know why but for a moment I felt sad for him

I agree. It was quite sad. I wouldn’t be surprised if he calls it quits after this season.
Not many full backs will want to face Mo at the moment though.

Yeah Salah is going to destroy most full backs…but last night with Danny Rose…I don’t think his mind is in football at all…I think Kolo Toure would have gotten past him…for his sake, I hope he finds peace and sort out his mental state…if that is of course still an issue for him.

To be fair Rose was the worst of a bad bunch, didn’t they have two central backs missing, of course that’s no excuse according to some but yeah it’s something missed.
As I said I like Raneri and he was very protective of his players and very complementary of us but I am sure he had a few choice words.
I think the last 15 might have been us conserving energy as it was an odd time to start playing then again Klopp did mention it in passing so maybe not
