Wasn’t pretty but it was a decent performance with a lot of fight and well deserved.

Fuck knows what Paqueta was thinking and if he was our player I’d be livid, yes the ref blew for fouls but 95% of them were.

This is where it starts though, backline looked better for Gomez being at right back.

A bit better today. More compact, not giving stupid chances away. Midfielders staying in midfield. Terrible opposition but even so.

Shout out to Paqueta for his 45 second outburst at the referee. The post match traffic can be awful and his missus has probably got a roast on.

Hopefully more of that to come from Isak. Wirtz managed to get him involved in the game today, linked it up nicely. Clear MoTM for Florian.

Win was deserved.

An ok performance against one of the worst sides in the league.

Wirtz was boss, back 4 were very good today but special shout outs to both fullbacks.

Glad to have Isak off the mark in the league.

Wirtz was magic and Gomez did a sterling job , helped it has to be said by us not facing relentless counter attacks because Salah wasn’t on the pitch.

Was perfect game for where we’re at currently. Playing a shite team in a stadium with no atmosphere. Kept it solid, didn’t do anything stupid and finally nicked a couple of goals. First steps towards recovery hopefully.

Build the team around Wirtz. Baller :ok_hand:

Awful game but it’s a really valuable three points. Defensively we were a lot better. Still a lot of improvement required but back on track hopefully. VVD and Konate both did well.
