Pre- and In-Match | Everton v Liverpool| PL Match Day 14 | Wednesday 1st December 20:15h | Goodison

I’m on board with the fast start, score a few, get it won early, keep the ball, let them listen to their own fans boo them for more than half an hour.

Screw it, hoping for a 97 minute Origi header off the crossbar as the winner.

You mean to complete his double hat-trick consisting solely of Salah assists (to put him on the top of that leaderboard*) in a comprehensive demolition of Everton?

Really leery of this one for precisely that logic. We need 3 points to keep pace at the top, Rafa would probably be quite satisfied with a draw. That is really the scenario where Rafa is most dangerous, how many times did we watch him pick a path through a CL group getting results from that kind of situation.

The saving grace is I think both Everton fans and players are too thick to appreciate the kind of discipline needed to execute one of Rafa’s plans. They will be throwing themselves around while Goodison howls for attacking play.

I don’t often say it but we haven’t got revenge for last season we need to do that and do it in front of their fans.

Smash them and smash them so bad that they start fighting themselves and get sent off

I have already had a recent month free prime trial which I then cancelled but just had an offer of one week for 99p if that works for anyone else…

Did once before…got a month free…but they wouldn’t accept my cancellation…and kept trying to take money…I’ll listen to LFCTV and keep checking out my compadres here…Good luck.

Got the 99p one and already cancels I have another account for next time which hopefully offers me the 99p trial.

They have offered a free month up to now, then again they would let me my Brazilian partners account up to now.

Personally no fan of Amazon but I’ll let them have this 99p and another on Boxing Day. I assume they rely on non cancellations otherwise I’m not sure it’s making much, then again they don’t need to and I bet the Covid matches helped them.

If by this you mean repeatedly screaming “Fuckin disgrace!!!”, then I agree.

Don’t forget ‘You’re shite you lad’. They’ll have all the classics ready to go.

Inject this directly into my veins. My 3 most disliked teams playing like shite. You love to see it

My worry for this match is that they are set up to compete…

Therefore, I’d be tempted to go with Ox, Fab and Henderson… dunno, as finesse (Thiago, Henderson and Fab) could work but industry (with quality) may be safer and less riskier… Losing Thiago for a prolonged period is worse than loosing Henderson or Ox???

I assume Milner will be match fit, and therefore might be the industry we need - albeit I predict he comes on towards the end of the game to sure things up.

I’m all for a midfield trio of Hendo, Fab and Thiago starting tonight.

Full throttle.
Gap in quality is miles apart.

Would love to see Tsmikas get a run out in this cause he has shithousery in his blood but so does Robbo so not hard feelings here.

Ali
TAA Matip VVD Robbo
Hendo Fab Thiago
Salah Jota Mane

Lets thrash these see you next tuesdays

Robbo is the most shithouse player we’ve got!

Thiago is a must for me for tonight’s game. There’s going to be two solid banks of five defending and we need his passing nous to get through the lines.

Yes full strength and let them worry about us instead of us worrying about them.

We will win or it will be a draw. Everton won’t beat us. They have a terrible season. However, it’s the Derby, it is unlikely to be anything like the rest of Everton’s season and they do tend to give their all in these games. I don’t think it will be easy for Liverpool. It will probably be quite physical too. I would not be surprised if they sought to eliminate some of our faster and more technical threats by very physical tackling. Hopefully, they don’t turn to the Dark Arts and hopefully, their physical tackles stay in the realm of sportsmanship and not into the realm of Red Card leg breakers.
I don’t mind a rough game, our players need to cope with that too, as long as it is within the realms of sportsmanship that is.

Good game everyone !

agree but am feeling a bit nervous due to noises coming out of Everton - we need to compete, physicality, set things right, etc…
